Emilie supports teams, entrepreneurs and companies to innovate and move toward their digital and cultural transformation.
She believes in the unique potential of each individual and in the human values as a growing factor. She has a natural facility to listen to people, guide and inspire them to get the best out of themselves and help them grow in order to achieve their personal and business goals.
Emilie has had a long journey in several innovative companies before setting up her own business and becoming a Coach. She also worked hard on her self awareness, personal development to become a conscious person and a better leader.
She collaborates with the United Nations FAO, EIT Health (European Institute of Innovation and Technology) and she's a connector of Ouishare, a community and international network borned with the birth of the sharing economy which give her a collaborative mindset. In her book "Innovate with agility and Human Values" she shares everything she learned in the different stages of her personal and professional life, from the way to create new services, improve the flexiblity and efficiency at work without forgetting our purpose and the importance of our wellbeing.
